Tuscan Kale and White Bean Linguine

1/2 pound fresh Linguine2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Butter1 bulb roasted garlic8 oz. Kale, chopped1 can Cannellini Beans, rinsed20 Cherry Tomatoes, halved1/4 cup fresh Grated Parmesan1/2 cup pasta water (reserved)salt and pepper to taste
Boil pasta in salted water. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of water.
Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a pan. Add kale, garlic, and beans, and saute until kale is bright green and softened. Add cherry tomatoes, cooking for another minute or two. Add cooked pasta, and pasta water, and toss together until excess liquid is cooked away. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste.
