Robin's meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef1 cup oat bran1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlic, grated or chopped finely1/2 medium onion, chopped finely2 stalks celery, chopped finely4 tbsp. ketchup1/2 cup water
Directions
-Saute onion, garlic, and celery in olive oil until translucent.
-Mix all remaining ingredients together.
-Spray muffin tins with a little bit of cooking spray (not calculated in recipe) or use nonstick muffin pan.
-Divide meat mixture evenly between the muffin holes.
-Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
