Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Brown Rice Flour1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Flour Mix3/4 cup GF uncooked quick-cooking grits1/2 cup maple syrup1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda3 tbsp olive oil2 ripe mashed bananas3/4 cup fresh blueberries2 large Eggland's Best eggs1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease loaf pan with olive oil.
Bake for 1 hour.
