- 4 pieces Black Tie Ono- 1/2 Cup Aloha Shoyu- 1/2 Cup Mirin- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil- 2 teaspoons finely chopped Garlic- 2 teaspoons finely chopped Ginger- lemon juice (to cut the fishiness)
Marinade fish for an hour. Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Place marinated fish into foil pouches. Place on baking sheet & cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven & squeeze lemon juice over each piece of fish to cut the fishiness.
