Mixed greens1 onion chopped1 cup peppers chopped1 cup tomatoes chopped1 avocado dicedcan of cream corncan of chili beans1/2 cup Salsa4 whole wheat tortillas
Preheat oven to 350, push tortillas into oven safe bowls. Heat for ten minutes or until crunchy. Take out and allow to cool. Meanwhile chop onions, peppers, tomatoes and avocado. Mix cream corn, beans and salsa in a small saucepan over medium heat until just warm. Put greens in tortillas bowls, top with veggies and put 1/4 of corn/bean dressing on top.
