Ingredients
quick oats .33 cup dry.5 gala apple28g raisins1/2 Yoplait nonfat light harvest peach yogurt1/2 scoop protein powder
Directions
Grate unpeeled apple into oatmeal. Add raisins and 2/3 c water. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir. Cook another 4 or 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in yogurt.
