LaNeita's Ginger Tilapia and brown rice

Ingredients
2 fillets of tilapia 1 tsp. ginger powder1C whole grain brown rice (makes 5 Cups)2 3/4 C chicken broth
Directions
Cook the brown rice (1 C dry - makes 5 cups cooked) in 2 3/4 cups chicken broth. Set aside.

Rub Ginger powder on the fillets and cook on the grill . I use the George Forman.

When fish is ready, flake it and add it to the rice mixture.
