Cob Dip

Ingredients
Light Sour Cream, 1 cup Waterchestnuts 1/2 cup (diced Finely)1 pack frozen Spinach, Mayonnaise, 1 cup french or vienna Bread Loaf1 sachet Spring Vegetable soup mix (dry)
Directions
Place entire loaf into oven and cook on 150degrees (celcius) for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and slice the top off the loaf. Remove the inside of the loaf and tear into small bite sized pieces.
Mix all other ingredients together until combined and place into empty bread shell.
Arrange the bread pieces around the loaf and your guests have instant dippers.
Great party dish.
