Baked French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 french baguette1 tbsp dark brown sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon1 cup milk1 tsp vanilla extractdash of salt2 eggs2/3 cup sugardash of nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- spray oval casserole dish with cooking spray
- cut baguette into half inch squares and put in dish
- mix brown sugar and cinnamon, layer on top of bread
- mix milk, vanilla, salt, eggs, sugar, and nutmeg
- layer the egg mixture on top of bread

Bake for 25 minutes.
