Cinnamon Toasted Coconut Cereal

Ingredients
unsweetened coconut flakes, butter, cinnamon, coconut sugar
Directions
preheat oven to 350.

place coconut flakes in a bowl

in a saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter, cinnamon, and sweetener and heat until thoroughly incorporated.

Pour sauce over coconut flakes and stir to coat

spread coconut onto rimmed baking sheet

bake 5-8 minutes, stirring and flipping the coconut every few minutes so they don't burn

allow to cool and serve with almond or coconut milk
