Energy bars, Paleo but with oatmeal

Coconut flour .5 cupRolled oats .5 cupCoconut oil .5 cup4 date rolls covered in coconutWalnuts .25 cupHoney 1/8 a cupWhey protein 2 scoops
Directions
Blend your dates and mix all ingredients, roll into little balls. Freeze until hardened. Best two days after being removed from the freezer.
