1 lb ground turkeyHoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove (minced)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (grated)Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (sliced)Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.50 tbsp Romaine Lettuce Leave X 2, 6 serving Nakano - Rice Wine Vinegar (Natural Flavour), 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp.red pepper flakes (optional)salt and pepper to taste (optional)18 romaine lettuce leaves
sauté all ingredients except for lettuce in a large frying pan until turkey is fully cooked. Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
