Tilapia and Black Beans over rice

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets1 cup of chopped red bell pepper1 cup of chopped onions1 cup of salt free black beans1/2 cup of chicken broth1 teaspoon of Pepper flakes or cayenne pepper1 cup brown rice
Directions
Cook brown rice according to directions
while the rice is cooking, chop up your bell pepper and onion. warm your skillet and add the chicken broth. Saute the onion and bell pepper in the broth until translucent. Add the drained black beans and pepper flakes. Cover the skillet and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the tilapia and simmer for another 10 minutes or until tilapia is cooked . serve over brown rice.
Make 2 servings.

Note: If you use the salt free black beans, the sodium level drop considerably.
