Green Chili Quiona Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients
3 TBS Garlic-Chili Vinaigrette (See recipe), or any desired dressing (not included in calorie count)1/4 cup Sweet peppers (bell), chopped1/2 Carrots, raw, large grated1/2 cup Cucumber (with peel), sliced1/ 2 Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend3 oz Salad, Fresh Express - Spring Mix Salad Mix1.5 oz Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted diced
Directions
Layer ingredients in a mason jar in the following order:
Dressing
Peppers
Carrots
Cucumber
Quinoa & Rice Blend
lettuce

If eating same day, chicken may be added before lettuce, if making ahead then add chicken when serving the salad.

To serve, shake jar and dump into a bowl.

I make a week worth of salads at once
