Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 can Kirkland Canned Chicken (3.5 serving can), drained (may substitute 8 oz cooked chicken)1/2 c. Plain Greek Fat Free Yoghurt1 small apple, chopped1/4 c. onions, minced1 oz (2 Tbs) mayo1 Tbs whole grain mustard1/2 tsp salt to tastedash pepperdash garlic powder
Directions
Break up drained canned chicken and mix with remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve Chilled.
