Cha's whole wheat pancakes (no added sugar, no fat, no dairy)

Ingredients
1 1/2 C almond Milk, 60 cal/cup1 egg, large 1 T splenda1/3 C applesauce, unsweetened1 1/2 T baking Powder1/2 t salt6.5 oz wheat kernels
Directions
put wheat kernels with 1 C of milk in blender
blend on high for 2 min
add remainder of milk, blend for 2 more min
add everything but baking powder, blend until mixed
now add baking powder and blend just until mixed. Cook immediately after adding baking powder.
Use 1/4 C measure for 1 pancake

Serving Size: makes (15) 1/4 C pancakes
