1 pound chicken tenders1 cup ground almonds1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper2 egg whites
Coat chicken in flour, then egg whites, then almond/parmesan/salt/pepper mixture. Place on rack over cookie sheet. Spray with Pam. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
