Baked sausage and cheese omlet

Ingredients
-6 large eggs beaten with 0.5-1 Cup of 1% milk-8 heat and serve sausages, cooked,drained and cut into small pieces-1 cup of shredded cheddar cheeseMix above together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees {F} for 20-25 minutes. I shake mine to make sure there is no jiggle in the middle.Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.This can be kept in a sealed container,in the refrigerator and heated up in the microwave. I have kept mine for up to a week with the refrigerator temp. at 32 degrees.
