Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pounds diced potatoes8 Tbsp (1/4c.) unsalted sweet butter1 c. fat free milk1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Peel and boil potatoes until tender. They are done when they fall apart after being pierced with a fork. Drain, put in medium mixing bowl. Add butter, milk, pepper, and salt. Use blender or potato masher to mix up.
