Root Vegtable and Beef Soup

Ingredients
2lbs stew meat cut into 3/4 inch cubes1 1/2 cups chopped onion1 1/2 cups chopped celery1 1/2 cups chopped carrots1 1/2 cups parsnips2 cups chopped turnips2 tbl Thyme2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce2 cloves garlic6 cups beef broth
Directions
brown beef in large kettle 1/2 at a time. Add beef broth and all vegetables except turnips. Bring to boil then simmer for 1 hour. Add turnips and cook for 30 minutes.
