Dark chocolate banana bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup sugar2 bananas, mashed1/2 cup apple sauce2 eggs1 t vanilla1/2 cup low fat sour cream1.5 cups flour1 t baking soda1/4 cup dark cocoa powder1/4t salt3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a bread loaf pan with cooking spray.

Combine, butter, sugar, mashed bananas, apple sauce, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream with a mixer. Once mixed, add flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
Pour in loaf pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
Makes: 20 servings

    This is great - I didn't have applesauce; used 4 medium very ripe bananas, cut the sugar in half and added about 1/4 cup Splenda, plus used half whole wheat flour. Oh, and I made them into 21 muffins. They are perfect! - 6/14/11
