Kay's White Rice Flour Biscuits

1/4 cup white rice flour1/8 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp sugar1/8 tsp salt1 Tbsp butter (cubed)2 and 1/2 Tbsp 2% milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In medium bowl: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in cubed butter until course mixture. Stir in milk. Kneed until mixed (do not over kneed). Pat out in oblong shape on surface (you may slightly flour if preferred). Cut our 2 biscuits. Ball up left over dough if you like. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until done.
