Ingredients
Ingredients:Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber cubedRed Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium dicedRed Bell Pepper, 1 pepper dicedChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 15oz can, drained and rinsedBlack Olives, 15 jumbo halvedFor The Dressing:Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 4 tbspOregano, ground, 3 tsp Salt and pepper if desiredFeta Cheese, 2 oz sprinkled on top
Directions
chop all veggies and mix in bowl. Whisk dressing together and pour over top.
