2 avocados, diced2 tsp sea saltDash black pepperMixed greens lettuce1 Heirloom tomato1/2 cucumber with skin2 tbls olive oil mayo4 slices 9 grain bread
Directions
Mash avocado w/ salt & pepper to make a chunky mixture.

Thinly slice cucumber and tomato.

Layer all ingredients on bread
