6 ripe bananas - mashed3 cups Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt3/4 cup Walnuts, chopped1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground2 (1.5 oz. boxes) Raisins
1) mash bananas in a large bowl
2) add the remaining ingredients and mix well
2) using a large pampered chef melon scoop, fill scoop to LEVEL and place on baking sheet (these cookies will NOT spread). Press each cookie to 1/2" with a fork.
3) cook 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
4) remove promptly, let cool for 1-2 minutes, then remove from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 3 dozen 2" cookies
