Ingredients
6 boards matzo6 egg1 Tbsp 2% milk2 tsp sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
soak matzo in water, squeeze water out.

scramble fresh eggs with other ingredients-add drained matzo and mix- fry like a large pancake each one over med heat until brown, flip and cook other side.

Serve with fruit, sprinkle on raisins and drizzle with syrup.

    I don't know where my old copy of Matzo Brie is - I used to make it with my ex husband's recipe from his Jewish uncle. We didn't soak the matzo in water and squeeze out - we soaked it in the egg mixture itself and let it get softened that way, and then broke it up in smaller pieces to cook. Yummy! - 4/14/17

    I've never made this with vanilla & cinnamon - it was a hit this morning !!! :) I used Splenda instead of sugar - 4/20/08
