Ingredients
Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove) Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, shredded (remove) Shrimp, raw, 12 oz (remove) Cajun Seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove) White Corn Small Tortilla Stop and Shop, 2 serving (remove) Avocados, California (Haas), .75 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
Directions
Heat your pan to medium, coat with cooking spray, and fry the shrimp with some lime juice and cajun seasoning, if using. Top each tortilla with portion of avocado, red onion, cabbage and shrimp.
