Beef, flour, onions, frozen carrots and frozen peppers, fresh mushrooms, water and season to own taste (garlic, pepper, salt-free seasoning blend, etc)
Season flour and coat beef. Brown beef in two batches and put to side. Take cleared and quartered mushrooms and diced onion in pot with browned bits and add water to deglaze pan and cook down mushrooms and onions until translucent water cooks out of mushrooms. Add partially thawed frozen carrots (two bags) and add thawed peppers minced. After veggies warm in pan add back beef and add water until the ingredients are almost covered. Then bale in over for 5-7 hours at 325.
