2/3 Cup GF Baking & Pancake Mix; Pamela's2 Eggs3/4 C. Granulated Sugar, 1 cup1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 stick Butter, unsalted3/4 C Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate1/4 tsp Salt1/2 C Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
mix sugar, vanilla, eggs and butter together.
In seperate bowl mix dry ingredients. Dump dry into wet ingredients and add chips. Spoon tblsp into mini muffin tins. Bake for 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 24 Full mini muffins.
