Pizza Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
Salad ingredients:1 bag of fresh express Italian family size, chopped into bite size pieces10 ounces genoa salami, cubed4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cubed1 cup green olives3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced4 oz store brought roasted red peppers, chopped1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano, finely gratedDressing ingredients:1/2 cup reduced fat red wine vinaigrettefreshly ground pepper to tastekosher salt to taste
Directions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for parmigiano reggiano
Toss to coat with desired amount of vinaigrette. Generously season with pepper.
Sprinkle parmigiano reggiano on top
