Ingredients
2 cups of cauliflower1/4 cup of fage plain Greek yogurt1/4 cup if shredded mozzarellasalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil cauliflower until soft drain with a strainer, put cauliflower in blender or food processor whatever you have add yogurt, cheese, and salt/pepper and blend until mashed potatoe texured.
