Steamed Potatoes and Onion

Ingredients
6 large Potatoes1 Medium Fresh Sweet Onion Peeled and sliced3 tabespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon black pepper1 tablespoon Garlic and Herb seasoning
Directions
Pour 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil in large frying pan. Coat bottom of pan really well. Peel and slice Sweet Onion. Add Onion to frying pan, stir well in Olive Oil. Cook on low. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes add to onion mixture, stirring well. Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes. Stir several times to prevent sticking or buring. Potatoes should break down into smaller pieces.
