No flour Cornmeal Cornbread

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup cornmeal2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt2 eggs1 tablespoon honey2 cups milk2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 10″ cast iron skillet or an 8×8″ pan with Pam.
2. In a bowl combine the cornmeal, baking powder, and salt and whisk well. In a separate bowl beat eggs and mix in the honey, milk, and melted butter.
3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
