10 graham cracker sheets broken into 20 squares= 2/3 Cup Lite Cherry Pie Filling1 serving Light & Fit Coconut Greek Yogurt
Place 10 squares of graham crackers on a cookie sheet. Spoon 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt on top of each square. Top this with one tablespoon cherry pie filling, being mindful to add a couple of cherries to each square. Cover with a second graham cracker square. Freeze on cookies sheet. After frozen, place sandwiches into a container and store in the freezer for a yummy treat! Defrost on a small plate in microwave for 15 seconds or let thaw before eating. Makes 10 frozen sandwiches.
