Kay's White Rice Flour Pancake

Ingredients
1/4 cup white rice flour3.4 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup 2% milk1/4 large egg
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat egg and add 1/4 of it to mixture. Add milk.
Pour in hot frying pan using your choice of cooking sprays. Cook until side is bubbly. Flip and cook until done.
Enjoy!
