Ingredients
chicken breast 1 and 2 thighs, 1 16oz. can diced tomatoes. I can corn , 1 can black beans , 1 packet taco seasoning,1 bag frozen peppers and onions, 1 box light and fit quinoa and brown rice with rosemary.
Directions
cook all ingredients on high 5 hours except rice mix. add that 1.5 hours before done
