South Beach Friendly Sole Italiano

Ingredients
1 lbs sole1 large purple onion sliced1/2 can of black olives sliced2 cups of HUnts Zesty & Spicy Spaghettie sauce1/4 cup grate cheese
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375

spray pan with pam
Spread onions and olives on bottom of pan. Put fish on top of veggies. Top fish with sauce and then cheese.

Cook for about 20 minutes or until done.
