2 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk1/4 cup Flour1/4 cup Milk 2% optional (your choice).25 tsp imitation vanilla flavor1/4 tsp butter for non stick panStrawberry filling:1 T cream cheese1/4 C or 4 T Homemade Strawberry Jelly
Mixed all ingredients together till smooth (I used immersion blender)
Non stick pan pre-heated on medium heat, add butter, pour small thin crepe mixture, spread rolling pan till crepe is round and thin, when edges and bottom are lightly browned flip, cook till light brown, done. Make several depending on size. Fill with mixture of cream cheese and home canned strawberries, roll up, fold, or not...delicious!!
