beef stroganoff

Ingredients
2lbs top sirlion roast,trimmedkosher salt and pepper3 tablespoons garlic infused olive 1 onion chopped2 cups of beef stock1 1/2 cups of sour cream
Directions
Cut beef against the grain into 2in long strips about 1/2 in thick. season with salt and pepper. saute and brown beef in olive oil over medium heat, about 3-5mins. remove meat and set aside. add onions to drippings and cook until golden brown, add beef stock to deglaze. add beef and simmer 10mins. stir in sour cream and heat thuroughly. season to taste.
