*Kirkwood Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloin, 40 oz *Aldi Stonemill Minced Garlic, 2 serving *Base - Chicken - Tone's - 15cal/1 tsp., 1 servingLemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 9 tsp French's Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Oregano, ground, 3 tsp Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Basil, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 2 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals, 4 tbsp
Season chicken with oregano, parsley, basil, pepper, and salt. Pan fry in coconut oil until brown. Remove from pan. Add garlic, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, chicken base, and water to pan stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Add tenders back into pan and simmer for another 1-2 min.
