Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
1½ cups whole-wheat flour (I used King Arthur’s white whole-wheat flour)½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon cinnamon⅛ teaspoon nutmeg2 eggs2 tablespoons honey1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract¼ cup oil (I used coconut oil)¾ cup orange juice or apple juiceAbout 1 cup of total filling (berries, fruit, nuts, etc. – see below for details)Muffin/Cupcake liners
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients, mix until just combined
Gently stir in mix-ins
Pour into muffin pan lined with cupcake liners
Bake 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
