1 scoop Dreyer's SlowChurned Rich & Creamy No Sugar Added (or other low-fat brand) Butter Pecan ice cream1/2 cup canned 100% pumpkin (no sugar added)1/2 cup skim milk1 tablespoon vanilla Designer Whey (or other brand) protein powder1/4 teaspoon vanilla1 packet SplendaDash of Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)
Blend ingredients & enjoy!
VARIATIONS:
*Try it with and without the Pumpkin Pie Spice to see which way you prefer. I've come to enjoy it without it.
*You can substitute 1/2 cup Danon Light 'N Fit vanilla yogurt for the milk if you prefer.
Use your imagination and play around with it.
