George's Scalloped Potatoes

3/4 lb. stew beef cubes1 Teaspoon Adolph's Tenderizer1- 4.94.oz. Box Idahoan Scalloped Homestyle Casserole2 Cups Boiling Water 3/4 Cup 2% Milk2 Tablespoons Butter4 oz. Hot Pepper Rings
1) Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F.
2) Place beef into frying pan. Shake tenderizer over all meat. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until beef is browned.
3) Combine potatoes, sauce mix in 2-1/2 Baking Dish.
4) Stir in water, milk, and butter with whisk
5) Stir in beef and peppers.
6) Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.(Sauce will thicken slightly when cooling) remove from oven and let stand a few minutes before serving.
