Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 cloveChicken Breast raw mince, 70 gramsOnion Fresh Chopped, 1 tbspCherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 TomatoRosemary, dried, 0.5 tspOregano, ground, 0.5 tspSalt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tspWhole wheat Pasta, 1/4 cup
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute
Add chicken and fry till its color changes
Add onions and tomato
Add the spices and salt
Add some water (if required) and cook till the chicken is tender
Fold in boiled pasta
Garnish with parsely (optional)
