Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (remove) *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove) Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove) 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove) Regular Beer, 1 can or bottle (12 fl oz) (remove) Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) *Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crockpot . Set on low and cook 6-8 hours. Serve with a hearty slice of grainy bread .
