Cold Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats (NOT quick oats)1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1 Tbs chia seeds2/3 cup milk (I used 1%)2 Tbs strawberry preserves1 small banana smashed
Directions
Take the first 4 ingredients and mix in a mason jar. Put the lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning add the strawberry preserves and banana. Enjoy! You could add any kind of "toppings' you like, but for the purposes of this recipe I used my favorites.

***The recipe makes a full jar, so I eat half and put the other half back for the next day. The oatmeal is good in the fridge for 2 days.
