Seven Layer Casserole

1 cup uncooked rice 1 cup whole kernel corn salt and pepper 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1⁄2 cup water 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 lb sirloin steak, uncooked cut up into small pieces 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (undrained) 6 slices uncooked turkey bacon, cut in half 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Set oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Pam Spray a 2 qt casserole dish.
3. Layer each ingredient in order given starting with the uncooked rice on the bottom of casserole dish, ending up with the bacon on top.
4. Cover, bake for 1 hour; uncover and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes longer.
5. Top with shredded cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.
