Greek Pasta Salad

8 oz bowtie pasta1/2 peeled cucumber1 medium tomato1/4 red onion1 medium red pepper1 tbsp fresh dill4 oz feta cheese3 tbsp extra vigin olive oil2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Cook pasta fully (not al dente).
Mix together in a large bowl, diced tomato, cumcumber, red pepper, and red onion. Add in dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.
Rinse pasta in cold water to stop cooking process.
Add pasta to veggie mix with olive oil and vinigar. mix together - then add feta cheese.
Serves 8.
