Ingredients
Wild Caught Salmon, 3 6 ounce cans drainedEggsDijon mustardBBQ Pork Rinds, crushed, 2 ozBlack PepperParsley
Directions
Drain salmon and add all ingredients saving crushed pork rinds for last. Form into 3 oz. patties and fry skillet until each side is crispy and nicely browned. Patties are fragile.
