Ingredients
2# 80/20 ground beef chuck,cooked 28 oz. can Tomato Sauce, 28 oz. can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, undrained2 c. Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, uncooked1 Med. Green Bell Pepper,diced1 med. Red Bell Pepper , diced1/4 c Brown Sugar, packed Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Beef bouillon, 2 cube or 2 tsps. groundOnions, raw, 1 medium ,diced2 tsp Italian Seasoning or 1/4 tsp each of oregano, garlic, basil and parsley4 c. water and more if needed
Directions
brown meat and drain. Cut all veggies as instructed and add everything to the meat, Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins till veggies are tender.
